Our facilities
The Playgroup is held in the British Red Cross building in Victoria Road. The hall is large, light and airy and we also have the use of a room where small group work is undertaken. We are lucky to have the use of a very large garden with both tarmac area and grass. We have a selection of climbing equipment, swings, see-saw and a large sandpit. The vegetable garden is used by the children throughout the year.
Our location is perfect for easy access to Marlow town centre, the river, Higginson Park and the train station - all of which are used for outings throughout the year.
The Playgroup has a well-trained and experienced staff team who are supported by volunteers.
We are fortunate to operate with a staff:child ratio of 1:2 as a minimum, although many children require 1:1 support throughout their playgroup session.
